Is it free to use?

Browsing is free for everyone. Classifieds are free to post. Real estate agents and service providers pay a monthly subscription to publish listings. Marketplace vendors pay a flat commission only on completed sales — no listing fees.

How do I post a listing?

Create a free account, then choose the section that matches what you want to post. Classifieds are free and immediate. Real-estate and service listings require a subscription. Marketplace requires connecting a Stripe account so you can be paid.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Marketplace vendors get paid directly to their bank account via Stripe Connect.

Is my data sold or shared?

What’s prohibited on the site?

Firearms, ammunition, controlled substances, stolen or counterfeit goods, and several other categories are not allowed. Full list at Prohibited Items.

What if I have a problem with a buyer or seller?

Reach out to the other party first through our built-in messaging. If that doesn’t resolve it, contact us and we’ll help mediate. Serious issues (fraud, harassment, prohibited items) should be reported immediately.

How do I cancel a subscription?

From your dashboard, under Real Estate or Services. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your listings will be unpublished but not deleted, so you can reactivate later.

Can I list nationwide as an agent?

Yes. Agents can list properties in any state where they’re licensed to sell.

Do you have a mobile app?

The site is fully mobile-friendly — works great in any browser. Native apps are on the roadmap.
