Prohibited Items

Off-Grid Marketplace reserves the right to remove any listing for any reason. The following are categorically prohibited and may also be reported to law enforcement when appropriate. Posting prohibited items may result in immediate, permanent account termination.

You agree not to list, sell, trade, or offer any of the following:

• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons — guns, rifles, shotguns, handguns, suppressors, ammunition, gunpowder, explosives, brass knuckles, Tasers, switchblades, throwing stars, body armor (state-dependent), or any item designed primarily to injure another person.
• Controlled substances and drugs — illegal drugs, prescription medications, drug paraphernalia, anabolic steroids, products containing pseudoephedrine, marijuana and cannabis products (regardless of state legality), kratom in states where prohibited.
• Hazardous and dangerous goods — flammables outside legal shipping channels, fireworks, batteries shipped without proper packaging, radioactive material, asbestos, mercury, lead paint, regulated pesticides.
• Stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulent items — anything you don’t legally own or have authority to sell, knock-off branded goods, counterfeit currency, fake documents, fake IDs.
• Adult content and services — pornography, escort services, sexually explicit material, sex toys (varies by jurisdiction).
• Recalled or unsafe products — anything subject to a recall by the CPSC, FDA, NHTSA, or similar agency.
• Human remains, animal parts, and live animals — bones, body parts, ivory, endangered species products, regulated live animals.
• Tobacco, vape products, and alcohol — regulated and not for sale on this platform.
• Hacking and bypass tools — devices, software, or services intended to gain unauthorized access to systems or break security.
• Lock picks and burglary tools — state-dependent; we don’t host these.
• Services that promote illegal activity — anything that involves violating federal, state, or local law.
• Hate speech, harassment, and discriminatory content — listings or messages that demean, threaten, or harass on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexuality, or any protected class.

And generally:

You agree not to list any item, good, or service that violates federal, state, or local law. You agree not to list any item that is illegal, regulated, dangerous, or that requires a license you don’t hold. You agree that Off-Grid Marketplace alone determines what falls within or outside these categories and may remove anything at our discretion. If you’re uncertain whether something is allowed, contact us before posting.

Some items not on this list may still be removed if we determine they fall within the spirit of these rules — the list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

Reporting violations

If you see a prohibited listing, report it from the listing page or email wichmaneric@gmail.com. We review every report.
